Refund policy

We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Defective products must be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Custom or special-order products are not eligible for return, unless defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support at help@sleperformance.com with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly label the package with your RMA number and ship the item to the provided address.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by SLE or a defective product.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect product, we offer an exchange at no additional cost. Please notify us immediately upon receipt.
Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns not resulting from defective or incorrect products. This fee covers handling, repackaging, and administrative costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
- If products arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 72 hours to qualify for replacement or refund.
Non-returnable Items
- Installed or used items.
- Clearance or discounted items marked as "final sale."
- Special-order or custom-made products.
