Refund policy

We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Defective products must be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom or special-order products are not eligible for return, unless defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at help@sleperformance.com with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Clearly label the package with your RMA number and ship the item to the provided address.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by SLE or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we offer an exchange at no additional cost. Please notify us immediately upon receipt.

Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns not resulting from defective or incorrect products. This fee covers handling, repackaging, and administrative costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
  • If products arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 72 hours to qualify for replacement or refund.

Non-returnable Items

  • Installed or used items.
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as "final sale."
  • Special-order or custom-made products.
